SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All of our products are handmade and created made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for large orders.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Typical delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is handmade specifically for you, small variations may occur. We do not begin production until your order is placed.

Order Changes & Shipping Address

If you need to update or correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’re committed to helping you locate your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Apollonia’s Candles & Things, we want you to love every handmade piece you receive. Because each candle and craft is made to order, small variations in color, scent, or finish are completely normal and part of what makes each item unique.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles and undamaged items.

To begin a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Used or burned candles

  • Bath & body items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
