We DO Not Recommend burning a candle longer than 4 hrs at a time. Carbon will collect in the wick & your wick will begin to “mushroom” Which will affect how your candle burns.
Our candles are hand-poured & packaged in our workshop located in Spring Lake, NC.
Our candles are made with Paraffin, Soy/Coconut Blend or Soy Wax. (each candle will have the type in the description)
Most orders placed Mon – Fri before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the next business day. We currently ship with UPSP & UPS.
Yes! Trim your wick down to about 1/4″. Burn times increase with proper care.
We only use Essential Oils. Why? Most manufactured oils can be harsh on the skin.
A wax melt is a “wickless candle” It’s an actual chunk of wax that needs to be melted down to provide a scent. They absorb heat slowly, releasing an aroma without burning off fragrance.

Yes, but we advise hand washing. Why? The materials won’t fade as fast & will continue looking new much longer.
Candles provide a warm & cozy atmosphere, while reducing cost & risk of fire. Candles also have an eco-friendly benefit. The earth’s natural resources are used over time to create candles, whereas batteries or electricity are used to power other modern conveniences. In fact, if a couple uses only candles for lighting, the carbon footprint will be low enough to offset their personal requirement for oil.
Candles are made to help us relax, feel comfortable & enjoy the ambiance. Candles create a pleasant environment, eliminate some power-saving measures in our daily lives & bring us closer to our loved ones.
Oftentimes, the energy & resources required to produce a candle are greater than the energy needed to burn it. Responsible businesses use renewable & recycled materials in their products, as much as possible.
Blowing out a candle produces a lot of soot & smoke. You also risk blowing droplets of hot liquid wax in the surrounding area. Instead use a candle snuffer, which puts the flame out by depriving it of oxygen.
